The Channel Islands like most of Europe operate strict immigration laws. UK or EU nationals may work in the Channel Islands without a visa/permit.
Commonwealth nationals require a 2 year "Working Holiday Maker" permit. Other nationals are required to hold a valid visa/work permit.
